- We provide a limited washing warranty on selected items (up to 7 washes).
- Warranty applies only if:
- Care instructions were followed properly.

- Warranty does not cover damages caused by:

- Normal wear and tear, fading, or shrinkage.

4. Conditions for Return / Exchange
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with tags, labels, and original packaging.
- Items purchased on Sale / Clearance are not eligible for return or refund (unless faulty).
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., undergarments, socks) cannot be returned or exchanged.
